Terms and conditions of access

These terms and conditions of access govern the Company’s right to access and use the information available on the Apprenticeships Direct site.

On behalf of the Company or Business I represent, I acknowledge that the following terms and conditions apply in relation to access to, and use of the information available on the Apprenticeships Direct site and the Company agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• The Company is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the username and password assigned to it and Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia is not responsible for any accidental or unauthorised disclosure of the username or password by the Company. The Company agrees to immediately notify Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia if the username or password is lost, disclosed to an unauthorised party or used by an unauthorised party.
• Access to the Apprenticeships Direct site is restricted to the Company and its designated officers and employees and all information must be used for internal business purposes only. The Company agrees not to make available the information on the Apprenticeships Direct site to any parties other than the designated officers and employees of the Company.
• All information on the Apprenticeships Direct site is strictly confidential and the Company warrants not to disclose any confidential information, including any personal information, other than as provided for in these terms and conditions of access, without the prior written consent of Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia.
• The Company must not modify, transmit, publish or distribute the information on the Apprenticeships Direct site, other than as provided for in these terms and conditions of access, without the prior written permission of Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia.
• The Company acknowledges that while all care has been taken in the preparation of the information on the Apprenticeships Direct site, Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia accepts no responsibility or liability and makes no warranties or representations with respect to the accuracy of the information on the Apprenticeships Direct site. In particular Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia accepts no responsibility for any loss, expense, damage or liability which the Company may incur from using or relying on the contents and information available to the Company on the Apprenticeships Direct site.
• The Company accepts and agrees that, to the full extent permitted by law, Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia excludes liability for any loss or damage which may be suffered or incurred by the Company arising from or in connection with the supply or use of the information available on the Apprenticeships Direct site.
• Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Apprenticeships Direct site.
• If the Company breaches any of these terms and conditions Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently prevent access to the Apprenticeships Direct site.
• The Company agrees to indemnify Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia arising from the Company’s breach of any of these terms and conditions or the disclosure by the Company of any confidential information to any third party, knowingly or inadvertently.
• The Apprenticeships Direct site and its contents, including the information available to the Company, is the property of Chambers Apprenticeship Support Australia and is subject to copyright under Australian Law. All rights are reserved.
